OSHA approved screening audiometers are commonly referred to as industrial audiometers. This means they are OSHA approved to perform hearing evaluations in the workplace. Industrial audiometers conduct Pure Tone or basic audiometer tests, measuring frequencies up to 8,000 Hz.
