Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
Customers with approved credit may order on our web site using purchase orders. Our credit terms are net 30 days. Orders placed with purchase orders are subject to approval by our credit department.
Customers who order with purchase orders will receive an invoice by either email or mail. Invoices are sent the same day your order ships. Invoices are not included with the shipment. Because invoices are sent when orders ship, the invoice may reach you before your shipment does. Please let us know if you would like your invoice sent via email.
Tax exempt organizations placing a first-time order by phone, email or fax must provide us with a copy of their tax exempt certificate.
Tax exempt customers who wish to make online purchases without taxes being applied must first submit a tax exempt form and copy of their tax exempt certificate to our customer service department. You must also have an online account created. Once you are approved, our customer service team will mark your account as tax exempt and you may check out online without taxes being applied.
Customers have 30 days from the receipt of an order to return it for a refund, subject to a restocking fee and damage/omission deductions.
If there is an error with your order or your item is defective and you need to return it, call 800-742-4909. We will make every attempt to resolve the error or defect to your full satisfaction.
Returned audiometers, tympanometers, vision screeners, spirometers, sound booths, breath alcohol testing instruments, ECG devices and accessories, or drug and alcohol testing kits and products with expiration dates are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned filters, mouthpieces and other non-expiring supplies are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Subject to Seller’s discretion, restocking fees may be waived if the customer is returning a product in order to replace it with a different but equivalent product.
Kahntact Medical reserves the right to determine the condition and completeness of returned item(s) for resale value and charge accordingly. Damaged items, items sent without the original packaging and accessories or items that show signs of moderate use will be subject to further deductions on the refund, in addition to stated restocking fees.
Currently all major shipping couriers are experiencing delays due to high volumes created by COVID. Shipping delays caused by weather or by the courier are not the responsibility of Kahntact Medical.
