Alco-Screen 02

The Alco-Screen 02 is approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as an Alcohol Screening Device. The Alco-Screen 02 accurately detects alcohol at the 0.02 concentration or higher, and does not give false positive readings when no alcohol is present.

Easy to Use and Gives Fast Results

To use the Alco-Screen 02, have the subject place the test strip into their mouth for 5 seconds until the pad is saturated. Then lay the test strip on a flat surface and start a four minute timer.  At four minutes, read the results.

Alco-Screen 02 Gives Pass/Fail Results

Because the proportion of alcohol in saliva is directly related to the proportion of alcohol in blood, the Alco-Screen 02 can easily and quickly detect the presence of alcohol. Alcohol concentrations of 0.02 or greater cause a solid green line to form on the reagent pad. If no alcohol is present the reagent pad remains unchanged.
