Alcovisor Mark V Breathalyzer
The Alcovisor Mark V Breathalyzer is a NHTSA approved Evidential Breath Testing device and is widely used for DOT workplace testing. The Mark V breath alcohol instrument will conduct a breath alcohol test in less than 60 seconds.

- Is the Mark V breathalyzer approved for DOT testing?Yes. The Alcovisor Mark V appears on the NHTSA conforming products list as an evidential breath tester for DOT testing.
- Will the Alcovisor Mark V conduct a :15 count-down before a confirmation test?No. The Operator will have to use a timer to time the :15 count-down between a screening test and a confirmation test.
- Will the Mark V conduct an Air Blank?Yes. The Mark V breath alcohol testing device conducts an automatic Air Blank procedure before every test. An Air Blank is a procedure that checks the fuel cell for residual alcohol from a previous test.
